     Location: London  = Hybrid, 3 days in the office & 2 days at home

    Are you a driven, commercially sharp salesperson who thrives on owning the full sales cycle and closing big deals? We’re looking for a Core Account Executive to take full ownership of a portfolio of named and prospect accounts, selling directly to senior leaders across HR, L&D, Digital, IT, and Operations.

    You’ll work closely with Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact client experiences, smooth handovers, and strong renewal/upsell opportunities.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts — driving new revenue and expanding existing relationships
    • Build a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, inbound conversion, and marketing-led campaigns
    • Run the full sales cycle end to end: discovery, qualification, proposal, demos, negotiation, and close
    • Use proven methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling) to manage efficient, high-quality sales processes
    • Map stakeholders and buying groups across HR, L&D, Digital and IT
    • Understand client challenges and align the right QA solutions to drive measurable value
    • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline with accurate forecasting and strong Salesforce hygiene
    • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional client experiences

    What You’ll Bring

    • Proven B2B sales experience, consistently hitting or exceeding targets
    • Confidence running discovery calls, product demos and closing conversations
    • Strong commercial acumen, structured thinking, and high attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑accountability sales environment
    • Exposure to Cloud, software, DevOps, or engineering concepts — highly advantageous
    • Experience in L&D, professional training, or capability-building solutions is a bonus
