  • Salesforce Platform Manager
    London/Leeds or Remote
     
     
    What you’ll be doing?

    As a Salesforce Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management, enhancement, and operational efficiency of our Salesforce environment.

    As the face of the Salesforce platform to the business, you will blend technical expertise and strategic vision to ensure the platform aligns with and supports business goals and customer management strategies. You will be seen as the expert in the use of Salesforce to optimise our operations and processes across the business.

    You will manage a dedicated Salesforce product team supported by third-party vendors, tailoring the platform to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity, and integrating it with other systems, applications and services.

     
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for overseeing the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud), ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer management strategies
    • Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements/change
    • Understand Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service strategies and support the evolution of these through system capability and enhancements
    • Manage the dedicated internal team and external partners responsible for configuring, enhancing and maintaining the system
    • Tailoring the platform to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity, and integrating it with other systems, applications and services
    • Leading the Salesforce function, deliver day-to-day configuration, support and maintenance
    • Manage and prioritise the Salesforce roadmap and all initiatives related to the platform, ensuring alignment with business goals
    • Lead enhancement and maintenance projects ensuring seamless execution and delivery
     
     
    Your Experience & Knowledge
    • Experience working at a senior level within a Salesforce based organisation
    • Excellent understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, and other CRM technology solutions
    • Proven experience in revenue operations (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops) or as an IT business partner to these functions
    • Experience leading a team of dedicated Salesforce Administrators, working with 3rd party provides and Salesforce developers.
    • Experience leading discovery workshops, including solution presentations and prototype demonstrations
    • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer is preferred
    • Successful track record of effective project coordination, prioritization, collaboration, organisation and timely project delivery
