    The role: Client Relationship / Sales / Business Development / Relationship Manager
    Location: London Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home
    Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week
    Package: competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards

    Job Purpose

    Join QA as a Client Relationship Manager and play a key role in expanding and maximising your customer portfolio. You’ll use a blend of proactive new‑business prospecting and strong relationship‑building to drive long‑term, high‑value opportunities. With training from our in‑house Sales Academy and ongoing coaching, you’ll sharpen your sales techniques and continually elevate your performance.

    What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life)

    • Drive new business growth by proactively prospecting and identifying fresh opportunities across target markets.
    • Nurture and expand existing accounts, building long‑term partnerships that maximise value and retention.
    • Engage key decision‑makers—including senior stakeholders and influencers—through high‑impact calls, emails, and meetings.
    • Lead effective client conversations, uncovering needs and discussing relevant solutions that align to their goals.
    • Create compelling proposals, preparing quotes and delivering high‑quality presentations tailored to customer requirements.
    • Own your pipeline, using sales data and CRM insights to prioritise effectively and consistently hit—and exceed—your targets.
