  • Business Development Executive – Manchester

    Location: Manchester | Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
    Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
    Package: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + incentive-based rewards

    As a Business Development Executive you’ll develop new customer relationships and grow existing accounts using proven sales techniques from our in-house Sales Academy and ongoing coaching. You’ll work towards clear, measurable targets while delivering exceptional service and solutions.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Engage with key decision-makers across new and existing customers via phone, email, and networking platforms.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to expand your network and uncover new opportunities.
    • Analyse sales data to prioritise your pipeline and qualify leads effectively.
    • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
    • Report on all sales activity using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    • Build quarterly territory plans to maximise growth potential.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service that earns positive feedback.
    • Continuously develop your product knowledge and refine your sales techniques.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience engaging stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face.
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
    • Problem-solving mindset and experience resolving customer queries.
    • Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM platforms.
