  • Business Development Manager – Slough/Burnham

    Location: Slough/Burnham, Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
    Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
    Package: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + incentive-based rewards

    We’re looking for a confident, energetic Sales Professional to drive growth across our existing customer and partner base. You’ll take ownership of developing opportunities, expanding relationships, and delivering outstanding results across an exciting portfolio of products and services.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own the relationship with key stakeholders and decision‑makers across your accounts
    • Grow revenue through smart business development, referrals, and proactive outreach
    • Stand out online with a strong LinkedIn presence to expand your network and elevate QA’s brand
    • Lead engaging, consultative client meetings that uncover needs and close opportunities
    • Keep projects on track by maintaining client oversight and supporting delivery where needed
    • Craft compelling proposals and present solutions that win business
    • Analyse your pipeline strategically to consistently hit—and exceed—your targets
    • Deliver exceptional customer experience that keeps clients coming back
    • Build deep product knowledge so you can position our solutions with confidence
    • Spot new revenue streams by exploring customer challenges and goals
    • Champion the full OneQA offering by opening doors across our wider solution portfolio

    What You’ll Bring

    Experience

    • A strong history of hitting sales targets
    • Proven B2B sales success
    • Ability to work at pace with accuracy
    • Confident problem‑solver who can resolve customer queries quickly
    • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to maximise performance

    Knowledge

    • Consultative sales approaches and value‑led selling
    • How procurement works and how to navigate it
    • Ability to build instant rapport and strong relationships with senior decision‑makers
    • A solid grasp of the end‑to‑end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing

    • Willingness to complete relevant background checks (DBS, BPSS, SC, DV, Disclosure Scotland) if the role requires it
