  • The role: Business Development Executive (BDE)/Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Leeds 

    Location: Leeds, Hybrid – 3 days in the office & 2 days at home 
    Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week 
    Package: competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards

    What you’ll do

    Be the engine of our sales team.

    • Hunt for new business and spot opportunities others miss
    • Use LinkedIn, email, phone and creativity to connect with senior decision‑makers
    • Open strong conversations and bring employers into the world of tech apprenticeships
    • Qualify prospects and book high‑quality meetings for our Business Development team
    • Keep your pipeline organised, active and growing
    • Become an expert in our offering — and a confident voice in the market

    • A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly
    • Ambition and resilience — you enjoy targets and smashing them
    • Experience in sales (B2B preferred) or a passion to break into the industry

    Bonus points if you understand the tech space or apprenticeships, but it’s not essential — we’ll train you.
